EnterSolar to fold into EDF’s PowerFlex subsidiary
EDF Renewables North America has announced that its PowerFlex subsidiary will expand to provide customers with a full range of solar, battery, EV, microgrid and energy management systems. To enable this extension, EnterSolar will use the PowerFlex brand effective immediately.
By consolidating the full range of C&I energy solutions under one roof, PowerFlex enables customers to purchase a standalone product or a bundled package that saves energy costs while reducing their carbon footprint. Proprietary software enables PowerFlex to provide a customer-centric on-site renewable infrastructure that expands over time and grows with customer needs.
“We set out our vision for integrated distributed energy in 2015, when EDF Renewables began expanding into distributed solar,” said Raphael Declercq, Executive Vice President, EDF Renewables Distributed Solutions. “Our offering expanded to commercial and industrial customers with the EnterSolar acquisition, and we are now uniquely positioned to provide our customers with a one-stop-shop solution for all their on-site clean energy needs.”
