Sunpro Solar is now installing Enphase storage and whole-home monitoring solutions

Sunpro Solar has expanded its collaboration with Enphase Energy and will now install the manufacturer’s Encharge battery storage systems alongside the inverter solutions. Sunpro is currently installing in 21 states with plans to expand nationwide.

“Enphase has developed outstanding integrated solar and storage solutions, and adding Enphase Storage to our product mix follows an expansion of our partnership with Enphase,” said Marc Jones, CEO and founder of Sunpro Solar. “Homeowners now value the resilience of their homes in the wake of extreme weather events that shut down the old power grid. Our advance with Enphase Storage couldn’t have come at a better time and I look forward to partnering with Enphase on platform services, customer support and product development.”

Enphase provides a solar + storage solution that does not expose installers or homeowners to high voltage DC power. Enphase Encharge batteries use a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery chemistry, which ensures long life, safe operation through excellent thermal stability and a UL9540A fire safety certification. The batteries are equipped with Enphase Power Start technology, which helps to power air conditioners and well pumps seamlessly.

Through the Enphase Enlighten mobile app, homeowners have visibility into their home, including the ability to go off-grid. Charge batteries with a 10-year limited warranty with an optional 5-year limited warranty extension.

“Marc and the Sunpro Solar team are world-class in every aspect of selling, installing and servicing home energy solutions,” said Dave Ranhoff, CCO at Enphase Energy. “At Enphase, we are focused on innovation, product quality and an excellent customer experience. We look forward to continuing to deliver in these core areas through our extensive partnership with Sunpro Solar, while providing homeowners with resiliency and peace of mind through Enphase Solar and Storage solutions.”
